Leak from sliding glass shower door install

Hello, after we moved in we had a glass shower door installed and then a few months later the paint started to lift from the wall. After removing the paint and the kickboard we discovered
water soaking into the drywall and kickboard after a shower. I think the water is coming from the lower screw hole. Can I solve this without a whole shower demo? I've tried a few things but nothing has worked yet, specifically forcing silicone sealant into the screw hole.

A tiny gap at the bottom track or an unsealed screw hole can pull water straight into drywall, so I’d pull the bottom rail, clean it, and reset it with fresh silicone. I’ve had a door installed slightly out of level do the same thing, and I had a tech from sliding door repair sort it out fast. A quick check of level and a full reseal usually stops the leak.
